Neil’s wife, Sue, is the Bosdet Home's Marketing Manager. Sue is responsible for the company branding and all of the team's marketing assets. Creating the company website design and content, the presentation and marketing of listings across multiple platforms and all of the company sales materials.

Born and raised in Victoria Neil has deep roots in the community and enjoys many hobbies including woodworking, hiking, fishing and travelling with his wife and family.

Lee Andison was born in Victoria BC, and has been a resident his entire life having lived from Mill Bay to Oak Bay, and everywhere in between! Lee has lived and worked in a total of nine different municipalities on the South Island and was bitten with the Real Estate bug young as he, himself bought and sold property in 4 of these local areas since 2004.
After 16 years with the Department of National Defense, Lee decided to go back to school and turn his passion for home-ownership into his life’s vocation - Real Estate.
Lee has been involved in the performing and visual arts in Victoria for over 2 decades. He is married and the father of three young children and therefore has a first-hand understanding of how important the family home is both from an investment perspective and for creating lifelong memories.
Lee also enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Vancouver Island and looks forward to sharing the arts and all the beauty that this city has to offer with his clients and friends.

Wendy Coleman fell in love with Vancouver Island many years ago while visiting from her hometown of Forest, Ontario. Like so many others, she fell in love with the Victoria area and made the decision to move west and make the beautiful seaside municipality of Sidney her home.

Prior to her career in Real Estate, Wendy enjoyed an extensive career providing a world class level of service while working in Marketing & Advertising in the hotel industry with some of the most well-known brands including Fairmont, Hilton & Marriott. After bringing many conferences from all over the world to our beautiful city, and hearing her clients say, "I want to move here", Wendy knew real estate would be her next natural career move. She has always had a love for interior design and “making a house a home” for the families that live in them.
When she not perusing real estate listings or skimming through interior design magazines, Wendy is a single mother of two who is most likely to be found at Panorama Recreation centre being hockey mom (at the rink) or swimming mom (at the pool). Wendy also maintains a daily yoga practice and teaches yoga when time allows.
